• He is the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Directorate in the Ministry of Health, Accra Ghana:

• 29 years’ experience in Procurement Management and Public Administration

• Proficiency in Procurement Practices and System Strengthening

• Currently, facilitating the implementation of Framework Contracting for selected essential medicines as well as last mile distribution of essential health commodities

• From 2018 to 2021, he built the capacities of the Principals/Directors, Procurement and Supply Managers and established system of procurement that is transparent, competitive and ensures accountability, fairness and value for money at the Public Health Training Institutions

• Facilitated the process for procurement of 325 units of Ambulance Vehicles and Hospital Beds in 2018 and 2019 respectively undertaken by the former Ministry of Special Developments Initiative (MSDI)

• Built capacity of 25 State Attorneys and 20 State Prosecutors under the Ministry of Justice and Attorney-General’s Department, in public procurement laws in November and December 2019 respectively.

• Internationally, he built capacity of Procurement Officers to undertake procurement activities at Sierra Leone under the WAHO Program on Regional Programme ‘Reproductive Health and HIV Prevention in the ECOWAS Region,

• Experienced in the World Bank Procurement Projects Regulations and Guidelines using Sustainability Training and E-Learning Program (STEP)
